BROCCOLI BOUQUET SALAD | |
Cut up all parts of a bunch of broccoli which has been well washed and drained, make rather small pieces. Mix 1/4 to 1/2 chopped red onion, 1/2 cup raisins and 10 to 12 slices crumbed crisp fried bacon. Pour the dressing over this, can set 2 hours or overnight (may get runny once the dressing is poured over it, so put it on just shortly before serving. DRESSING: 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/2 c. or 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar (Heinz) Stir together thoroughly. |
