CHOCOLATE PEANUT DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. ground peanuts

Mix and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and pour over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 2/3 c. milk

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; pour over 2nd layer mixture; use rest of the large carton of Cool Whip on top.
