MEATLOAF ROLLUP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (or 1 can)
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix the first 9 ingredients until well blended. Flatten into a 9 inch square on a large piece of waxed paper. Sprinkle the grated cheese, then mushrooms, then parsley on top. With the help of the waxed paper, roll up the meat jelly roll fashion, so a 9 inch long cylinder is formed.
