HAM AND CHEESE ROLLUPS 
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Blue Bonnet butter, softened
4 (1/8") slices boiled ham
3 1/2 doz. Ritz crackers

In small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter until well blended. Spread 1/4 of mixture on 1 ham slice; repeat with remaining cheese mixture and ham slices. Roll up from short sides; chill for several hours or wrap and freeze if desired.

To serve, slice rolls into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange slices on top of Ritz crackers. If frozen, let stand at room temperature, 20 minutes before serving. Note:

Makes about 3 1/2 dozen appetizers.

This one is correct and I have done a few changes with the meat. You can make several different kinds other than ham. I also use sliced chicken, turkey, salami. Next I am going to try it on some very thinly sliced summer sauage. I bet it will be good. You can also add a bit of olives to the mix.
