OLD FASHIONED APPLE CRISP 
1/2 to 3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
6 c. pared and sliced all-purpose apples (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. butter, melted
Cream or ice cream, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ReaLemon; mix well. Add apples and raisins; mix well. Turn into 8-inch square baking dish.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cream; sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with cream or ice cream if desired.
