APPLE BREAD PUDDING 
3 c. milk
3 lg. eggs
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 c. crumbled bread
1 1/2 c. grated apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins (opt.)

Beat first 8 ingredients together until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bake in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden. (Makes 12 servings.)
