TUNA MOLD 
60 round butter crackers, Ritz type, crushed
2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 c. blanched almonds, chopped

Crush crackers and almonds separately in blender bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pack into 1 quart mold.

Chill 2 hours. Unmold. Garnish. Serves 4 as a main dish or may be served as a snack. Looks luscious if molded in a fish mold and use 1/2 stuffed olive for eye. Garnish tail with strips of lettuce if desired.
