24 Hydrox cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. milk
Green food coloring
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Mint flavoring

Mix cookies and butter and press into springform pan. Do not melt butter. Save a little of this for the top. Mix marshmallow creme gradually with milk until smooth. Add food coloring. Add mint flavoring to taste. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze. Set out 20 minutes before serving.
