SCALLOPED IRISH POTATOES 
5 med. potatoes
Dash of flour
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. American cheese

Cut potatoes thin. Put in deep baking dish and layer, and sprinkle a small amount of flour, salt & pepper and butter. Then another layer. Keep repeating until your dish is about 1 1/2 inch from the top. Pour milk on top of potatoes and cook real slow until potatoes are done. Then put black pepper and cheese and butter on them again. Put back in oven at 375 degrees and bake. Serves 1 to 2.
