MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 piece bread

Melt butter and mix with flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk; cook until thick and set off stove. Add macaroni and 1 cup grated cheese. Mix well and put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Crumble 1 piece bread on top and bake at 350 degrees until bread is brown.
