ANITA'S MACARONI & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. lg. elbow macaroni
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. half & half
1 c. milk
1 lb. coarsely grated Cheddar cheese (use big grater)

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and spray with cold water and drain thoroughly. Place in casserole dish. Mix in melted butter. Shake flour over macaroni. Place 1/2 cheese over top of casserole.

Combine well beaten eggs, half & half and milk; pour over casserole and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it's firm.
