LONDON BROIL 
Top round steak, cut for London Broil
Soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. and ground ginger

In flat Pyrex glass pan, put 1/2 inch soy sauce, wine, garlic, oil and ground ginger. Let meat sit in juice for at least 4 hours. Barbecue until done.
