CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 boiled chicken
2 c. broth
1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1/4 lb. butter
Peas or mixed vegetables, if desired

Combine deboned chicken with soup and broth. Mix melted butter with stuffing. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 of stuffing. Pour mixture of chicken over this. Put rest of stuffing over top. If using vegetables, mix with chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
