ZELIA'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini squash
1/2 c. chocolate chips

GLAZE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water

To sour milk, add 2 tsp. vinegar to regular sweet milk.

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in zucchini and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and top with glaze.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients together and pour on top of cake.
