CHEESEBURGER RICE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 3/4 c. water
2/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. rice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet; drain. Add water, ketchup and mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Serves 4.
