CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

VANILLA FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

3 slightly beaten eggs to boiled mixture
1 tsp. vanilla

To do the puffs; melt butter in boiling water, add flour and salt all at once; stir vigorously. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that dosen't separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth. Cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Remove cream puffs, split. With oven off allow puffs to dry out. Cool on rack. Fill centers with ice cream or vanilla filling. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
