TILLAMOOK STYLE LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
28 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
18 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. oregano flakes
1 onion, chopped
1 can olives, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
5 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles

Combine tomato sauce, paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano and olives in saucepan.

Brown hamburger with onions and green pepper. Drain. Add to sauce. Simmer.

Cook noodles. Melt cream cheese, stir in sour cream until creamy. Layer lasagna noodles, cream cheese mixture, sauce and cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
