SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
6 med. potatoes
1/4 lb. ham
1 pt. cream
2-3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
1 pt. water

Slice potatoes in a 2 quart casserole. Stir in ham and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Mix 1 pint cream with 1 pint water and pour over potatoes and ham. Bake uncovered approximately 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Bake at 350 degrees.
