ROCKY ROAD 
1 (1 lb.) bag chocolate (milk or dark)
3/4 c. toasted almonds or pecans
1 1/2-2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate. Double boiler or low setting in microwave. Add toasted nuts and marshmallows and mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper. May be placed in freezer few minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
