GRITS CASSEROLE | |
1 c. grits, cook them 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup Spread 1/3 of mixture on bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. 2 lbs. cooked and drained sausage 6-8 slices hard boiled eggs Repeat ending with grits, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. One small can of chopped chili and 1/2 cup chopped onion should be very good. Serves 10-12. |
