CHEESE POTATOES 
4 c. diced potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese

Melt butter. Add flour, salt, paprika and milk. Heat all together and bring to boil (thickened). Add grated cheese and melt. Pour over potatoes in a greased pan. Bake 350 degrees until potatoes are tender.
