CHOCOLATE SYRUP FOR ICE CREAM 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt (can be omitted)
3 sq. Baker's Chocolate (unsweetened)
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Add Baker's chocolate and water. Boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream - delicious!!!
