SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can diced chilies
1/2 c. minced onion
Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
Cooked turkey breast (or chicken)
Salt, pepper, clove garlic, if desired
Sm. amt. grated cheddar cheese

Mix sour cream, soup, chilies and onions. Put 1 tablespoon of mix, 1 strip of cheese, 1 strip of chicken on each tortilla. Roll up and place in baking dish. Spread remaining mixture over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. (Can be prepared ahead.)
