PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix until crumbly and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2 c. pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk (1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over crust and bake additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup nuts. Sprinkle over top and bake 15-20 minutes more.
