VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 lb. cauliflower, fresh or frozen
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing (Stove Top)

Cook vegetables until tender-crisp. Combine milk and soup and fold in vegetables in a casserole. Prepare stuffing as directed and place on top of vegetables.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F (until bubbling well).
