Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make your favorite meatloaf mixture. Spread on foil to 14 x 10 inches. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 inch from edges. Roll from short sides, seal ends. Transfer to pan seam side down. Bake 45 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup tomato sauce over meat and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and let stand 10 minutes.
