PEPPERMINT CANDY CANE 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (about 50 wafers)
1/4 c. melted butter

Blend and press in a 9 x 13 pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Cream butter and sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs. Add melted chocolate and beat until fluffy. Pour over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. whipped cream

Add 8 ounces miniature marshmallows. Pour over second layer. Top with crushed peppermint candy canes. Set overnight but do not freeze.
