1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. tator tots
1 pkg. colby cheese, shredded

Brown beef and onion, drain grease. Cover bottom of casserole dish with ground beef. Cover ground beef with soup. Cover soup with shredded cheese. Cover cheese with tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Yields 2 to 4 servings.
