CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/8 lb. sweet butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Colemans dry mustard
3 tbsp. sour cream

Melt butter in small skillet. Cool, then add balance of ingredients. Mix well and serve with hot seafood. Serves 4.
