S'MORES 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate morsels
1 tbsp. shortening
22 graham crackers (cut in half crosswise)
22 lg. marshmallows

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Over hot (not boiling) water, combine chocolate morsels and shortening. Heat until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Spread 2 teaspoons chocolate mixture onto half the graham cracker halves, set aside.

Place remaining graham cracker halves on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Place marshmallow on each cracker half. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Place chocolate-frosted cracker halves on top chocolate side down; press firmly.
