1 c. white sugar
2 1/3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix dry ingredients and add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Melt butter in iron skillet and add mixture; cook until thick.
