HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped English walnuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Do not flour the pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a greased, oblong pan at 350 degrees. Use cream cheese frosting.
