GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

24 chocolate wafers, crushed fine
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix crumbs and butter and pat firmly into a 9" pie plate.

FILLING:

1/4 c. milk
1 sm. jar marshmallow fluff
6 drops of green food coloring
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1 pt. all purpose cream

1. Add milk to marshmallow and mix with fork until smooth. Add coloring and extract.

2. Whip cream very stiff and add to other liquid. Blend gently but thoroughly.

3. Pour into pie shell and top with shaved chocolate and freeze for several hours. Cut while frozen.
