TRIXIE'S TUNA FISH CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can white tuna
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
Dash of paprika
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. boiled rice, bastimi or whole grain
Salt & pepper
Dash of mustard
1 tbsp. flour

Scald and drain tuna and add chopped celery and rice. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, and milk and add seasonings. Combine all and bake until brown in a moderate oven.
