TUNA FISH CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 oz.) can albacore tuna 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 lb. cashew nuts 1 c. celery, sliced 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. water Combine noodles, soy sauce, garlic powder and melted butter and reserve for top of casserole. Saute celery and onion in a little butter; mix with tuna, soup, nuts and water. Put mixture in individual shells or casserole. Top with noodles and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 4. |
