HAM MEATLOAF | |
1 lb. smoked ham 1 lb. ground pork 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. bread crumbs Grind together ham and pork. Mix all together and shape into loaf. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Baste with mixture of: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix together. |
