HAM MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs. hamburger
5 oz. thin sliced ham
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a bowl combine eggs and tomato juice. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Add burger and mix well.

On wax paper pat meat mixture to an 8x10 rectangle. Arrange ham atop meat, leaving a small margin around edges. Sprinkle cheese over ham. Roll carefully using wax paper to lift. Seal edges and ends.
