CHEESE BALL (MILD) 
1/2 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese
30 to 40 green olives with pimentos, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. (each) Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced onion

Beat cream cheese with mixer; add Colby cheese and beat until well-blended. Add rest of ingredients and mix well (beater has to be cleaned off by hand). Put cheese mixture in center of a large piece of tin foil and form into a ball; refrigerate. When ready to serve, leave at room temperature about an hour.
