RICE AND MEAT 
2 lb. sirloin
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 can consomme
1/3 c. red wine (Holland House)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic chips
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Brown meat in Crisco. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer for 1 hour. Stir in 1/4 cup water mixed with 2 tablespoons cornstarch until thickened. Serve over rice.
