CHICKEN LOG 
1 c. chopped chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped almonds, browned, if desired
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Saute pepper and celery. Add almonds. Add other ingredients. Use can of crescent rolls. Open on cookie sheet. Press edges together. Put thin slices of cheese up middle. Add chicken mixture. Cut dough in strips to edge of cheese. Braid. Sprinkle with small amount of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
