BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli (fresh) or 2 pkgs. frozen
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 sm. jar stuffed green olives
1 tsp. lemon juice

Steam broccoli in a little water to uncooked stage (still crisp). Cut in one inch pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Will keep for 3 days. May add cheddar cheese as garnish if desired.
