MICRO - FUDGE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. peanut butter (opt.)
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk

Combine in 2 quart casserole and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Mix well and add 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Use butter paper to grease a rectangular or square pan and spread fudge into pan and pop into freezer for 1/2 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
