GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. sliced apples
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Put all dry ingredients but sugar in a large bowl and set aside. combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla, beat low speed until well blended. Add dry ingredients, mixing until well blended. Fold in apple and nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or layers for 35 to 40 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
