SWEET HOT MUSTARD 
1/2 c. dry mustard
4 tbsp. water
1 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

In a small bowl stir together dry mustard and 4 tablespoons water; set aside.

In a 1 quart saucepan mix, 1 1/3 cups water, vinegar, sugar, flour and salt. Cook over medium low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in mustard mixture until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with cheese and crackers. Makes 2 cups.
