OUR FAVORITE POTATO SALAD | |
10 med. baking potatoes 5 eggs, hard boiled, mashed with fork 3 lg. celery stalks, chopped 2 tbsp. onion salt 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tbsp. black pepper 1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped Top with paprika, sprinkle Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook 20-25 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain potatoes and empty to cool in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Top salad with a sprinkle of paprika. Makes 10-12 servings. |
