LASAGNE ROLL-UPS 
8 pieces lasagne, cooked according to pkg. directions
Spaghetti sauce

FILLING:

15 oz. Ricotta cheese
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine Ricotta cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Spread bottom of baking dish with spaghetti sauce. Spread each noodle with filling and roll up. Place roll-ups seam side down in spaghetti sauce - top with more sauce.

Cover - bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Continue baking until cheese melts.
