SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 box frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 dashes Italian seasoning
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
1 med. onion
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Cook lasagna noodles while preparing. Cook and drain spinach, dry in a bowl. add spinach, cream cheese, eggs, onion, and spices, stir together all ingredients above. Put cooked noodles on cookie sheet side by side, put spinach mixture on noodles and very carefully roll up from end. Lift from cookie sheet with spatula put in deep casserole dish. In bowl combine tomato sauce, dash of Italian seasoning and dash of garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Stir together mixture. Pour over lasagna rolls. Heat 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, return to oven until brown. Serves 4.
