ZUCCHINI CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed drained pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
2 c. grated zucchini

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
