CARROT OR ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini or 3 c. grated carrots
2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix together. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cube butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. milk

Mix together until cream.
