CRANBERRY RAISIN BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 c. (8 oz. can) whole or jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. melted fat or oil

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; add raisins. Mix egg, cranberry sauce, fat or oil in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to cranberry mixture and stir just until mixed. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until browned.
